【絵画・ミクストメディア】筑紫 今昔図 / Chikushi Konjyakuzu　一幅画 筑紫 今昔図

筑紫 今昔図－この作品は、佐賀鳥栖での企画展「私的日本集 第２話 筑紫 鳥栖」展の主題作品として制作、発表されたものです。
筑紫地方を背景に、企画展「私的日本集 第２話 筑紫 鳥栖展」に所縁のある
その地域において象徴的な建物や、伝統的工芸品等を描くとともに、
八女茶でも有名な福岡県は八女の地名の由来となった「八女津媛」という女神様を、奥八女の日向神ダムの通称「ハート岩」を磐座(いわくら)に見立てて観想、描くことで、幸せと繁栄への祈りを込めた作品となっております。

素材には、八女にある溝田和紙の溝田俊和氏の漉く八女手すき和紙を用い、
八女手すき和紙のよさを、より一層感じていただけるよう未晒しの和紙を重ね、マットがわりに額装を施した作品として仕上げてあります。

On the background of the Chikushi district, it is related to the exhibition "Private Japan Collection 2nd story 'Chikushi Tosu'In the area I draw symbolic buildings, traditional crafts,The famous Fukuoka prefecture, which is famous even for Yame tea, is a goddess called "Yametsuhime" that was derived from the name of Yame, a concept, "Iwakura", as a birthplace of "Heart Rock" by Oku Yame's Hyugami Dam, By painting, it is a work with a prayer for happiness and prosperity.

For the material, using Yame　Handmade Japanese paper made by Mr. Toshikazu Mizota of Mizota Washi in Yame,To make you feel even better about the warmth of Yame Hnadmade Japanese paper, I've finished it as a piece with unpainted Washi superimposed and framed on mat.
