受注制作【絵画・アクリル画】水無月 露草 ( つゆくさ ) 茶花 シリーズ / June Commelina communis/ 丙烯画 鸭跖草

露草（つゆくさ）は、朝露を受けて咲いた花が、昼にはしぼんでしまうことに由来するともいわれ、そのためか、英語でも「Dayflower（日の出から日没までの花）」と呼ばれています。
露草は、古くは、「つきくさ（月草・鴨頭草）」と呼ばれ、「万葉集」にも詠われており、古くから日本人に親しまれた花の１つです。
旧暦　水無月（６月）の茶花です。

花言葉：なつかしい関係

この作品は、佐賀鳥栖での企画展「私的日本集 第２話 筑紫 鳥栖」展で発表したものです。
「お茶花集」を構成する１作品として好評を博しました。

It is said that flowers bloomed in the morning dew after the morning dew is derived from deflating in the day, so for that reason, it is called "Day flower (flower from sunrise to sunset)" in English .
Commelina communis is called "tsukikusa (moon grass · duck grass)", it is also wrote in "Manyoshu", one of the flowers familiar to Japanese people from long ago.
It is a tea flower of the lunar calendar calendar in June.

This work was announced at the exhibition "Private Japanese collection the 2nd Story Chikushi Tosu" exhibition in Tosu,Saga.
