白い猪口（ちょく）咲きの小輪の花で、慎ましい印象を与える花は、
旧暦　神無月（１０月）の茶花の代表的な存在としても、江戸時代より多くの茶人に好まれています。

花言葉：控えめ、静かなおもむき

この作品は、佐賀鳥栖での企画展「私的日本集 第２話 筑紫 鳥栖」展で発表したものです。
「お茶花集」を構成する１作品として好評を博しました。
